How to obtain the privileged

• Please make an appointment with the hospital in advance to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Kindly review the terms and conditions of the special surgical package before availing the service.
• FWD reserves the right to modify the surgical package structure, surgical procedures, or terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Terms and conditions are subject to the hospital's regulations.
• Any decisions made by FWD or the hospital shall be final.
