FWD Insurance uses brand campaign ‘micro-moments of happiness’ to promote its digital services

FWD Insurance launches a new online video brand campaign to demonstrate the company’s unique selling point by using the concept of ‘micro-moments of happiness,’ which is the small, everyday events that bring joy to oneself. According to our customer insight research conducted in January 2021, we found that the meaning of ‘Celebrate living’ in Thai lies within these micro-moments. Incorporating this concept into the videos, the online video demonstrates FWD Insurance’s understanding of our customers’ preferences and needs and how we serve them anytime and anywhere.

­-Online claim submission service makes it easy to file a claim by yourself

Customers can easily file an outpatient (OPD) claim 24 hours a day. Simply take photos, upload all the documents and receive results within two business days*.

*Customers with outpatient coverage (OPD) insurance can use the online claim submission service to reimburse medical expenses up to 5,000 baht per visit and file a claim online up to 5 times per year.

­-Access insurance policy information via website and application

Customers can process transaction such as update personal information, switch funds, pay insurance premium, or request tax deduction receipts through the FWD link website, LINE FWD Thailand, or FWD Max mobile application.

­-Special medical services

FWD Insurance provides, with more than 60 network hospitals, an online medical consultation service, FWD Telemedicine, for chronic diseases patients who need ongoing follow-up care, and deliver additional medications to customers.

Including emergency service, FWD SOS Assistant, 24 hours a day so customers can rest assured if they experience problems or accidents while travelling. *Terms of service vary by coverage plan.
