FWD Insurance welcomes new graduates to the FWD Digital Graduate Programme to join our vision of changing the way people feel about insurance
BANGKOK, Thailand - FWD Life Insurance Plc (“FWD Insurance”), is proud to announce the launch of its 2023 FWD Digital Graduate Programme, an opportunity for new graduates to gain real-life experience through on-the-job training, rotational learning, and expert coaching. Six participants in the programme will build valuable skills and experience in the insurance industry in these areas: digital, technology, transformation, actuarial, distribution, and finance. Applications are being accepted from January 1, 2023, to February 10, 2023.

As a digital-by-design company, we welcome new graduates to join us in co-creating digital systems. Therefore, the "FWD Digital Graduate Programme" (DGP) was created to provide first-jobbers with the opportunity to work in a creative, enthusiastic, and determined career that will shape them into future leaders. They will be challenged by real-life experiences, along with guidance from FWD's management team, and opportunities to work with FWD Insurance across Asia. We hope that program participants will gain valuable experience working in a highly flexible system while immersed in the creative environment of FWD Insurance and will assist us in achieving our vision of changing the way people feel about insurance."
The FWD Digital Graduate Programme (DGP) is an 18-month training and internship program that includes a 6-month job rotation with our digital teams in areas such as digital, information technology, digital transformation, actuarial, agent sales channel, and finance department, before granting full-time employment at FWD Insurance.
The programme is open to undergraduate or master's degree students who are expected to graduate or have graduated, have no more than three years of work experience, and can communicate professionally in English. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the Forcefield Challenge, a workshop event where our team will carefully assess their performance before selecting six qualified candidates for the programme.
