FWD Insurance releases ‘Celebrate living’ brand campaign 2022 as the first company in Thailand using pDOOH technology to personalize brand message by audiences segment

FWD Life Insurance Thailand (“FWD Insurance”) continues its brand campaign ‘Celebrate living’ by releasing the first brand campaign of 2022, with the concept of ‘Exploring micro moment to Celebrate living’, FWD Insurance has got your back’. It was the first in Thailand to use Programmatic Digital Out of Home (pDOOH) technology which connects communication from online media to offline media that allows the campaign to reach the target group more precisely.


Pavarisa Chumvigrant, Chief Branding and Communications Officer of FWD Insurance said “We are a customer-led insurer that is driven by customer needs. We have made insurance easy by offering new, simple and relevant product propositions in response to evolving and distinctive customer needs, and making insurance protection more accessible to our customers, so that they have fewer worries to ‘Celebrate living’ in a way they prefer.


“For this new brand campaign, we still focus on both online and offline media to cover the whole country and reach the main target groups with various platforms. We’ve enhanced our communication strategy by using technology for efficient results. This is the first time in Thailand to use the pDOOH technology, which is a new advertising platform. It bases on the data from online media to analyze the target group’s interests and place appropriate advertising content via the nearby out of home or outdoor media such as LED or LCD screens, billboard, in real time. The pDOOH can deliver the right message to the right screen to reach the right audiences automatically, and as the result, we can reach broader customers and make FWD brand to be known and recognized even more,” Pavarisa added.
